Our Blow Molding Dies

Our advances in Blow Molding Dies yields 8.5″(219.5 mm) – 10″(254.0 mm) of core diameter representing the latest in extrusion for blow molding. Model 1025 utilizes material blends for medical, automotive, specialty packaging and more.

Our 1000 Series are available as Single Layer, Co-Extrusion, or Triple Extrusion with fixed or adjustable concentricity die adjustments. This tooling will adapt to your existing extruder layout and accept existing tooling, in some cases. Many accessories are available including built-in heater cartridges or external heater bands.
