Guill Tool’s new brochure has organized the company’s extrusion tooling product line into a series of products. Each series addresses a specific need for a wide range of customers including plastic and rubber applications.
This series includes eleven categories of products that feature patent pending/patented technology such as the balance flow splitter that provides equal pressure without dead spots within the crosshead. An integral heating system ensures continuous heating throughout the entire extrusion tooling (crossheads/inline dies). A two-piece construction that eliminates tolerance buildup important for fixed center applications. With Guill Tool’s flexible product design any extruder configuration can be quickly and easily adapted. In addition, easy and fast cleaning of the extrusion equipment are important benefits available to Guill Tool customers.
William Conley, Guill Tool’s Extrusion sales manager stated “With literally hundreds of variations in products in each series, Guill has the ability to serve customers with exactly the right extrusion product as well as the depth in custom engineering to meet the most demanding and unusual extrusion requirements for any applications.”
Guill Tool also manufactures tips, dies and breaker plates using state-of-the-art computerized CNC machining and EDM equipment.
Engineering services using the latest CAD systems are available for custom designing extrusion tooling products: crossheads, tips, clamps, flanges, air wipes, forming rolls, spiderless inline dies, dies, swing gates, breaker plates, special equipment and sizing dies.
