Guill Tool’s new brochure has organized the company’s extrusion tooling product line into a series of products. Each series addresses a specific need for a wide range of customers including plastic and rubber applications.
This series includes eleven categories of products that feature patent pending/patented technology such as the balance flow splitter that provides equal pressure without dead spots within the crosshead. An integral heating system ensures continuous heating throughout the entire extrusion tooling (crossheads/inline dies). A two-piece construction that eliminates tolerance buildup important for fixed center applications. With Guill Tool’s flexible product design any extruder configuration can be quickly and easily adapted. In addition, easy and fast cleaning of the extrusion equipment are important benefits available to Guill Tool customers.
